This policy explains what personal data ARIQ collects, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
ARIQ ("ARIQ", "we", "us"), based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, runs the ARIQ website (https://getariq.com) and application. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit our website, use ARIQ, or contact us.
For data our customers bring into ARIQ about their own clients, the customer decides what is connected and how it is used, and we process it on their behalf.
2. Data we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, agency name and password (stored only as a one-way hash).
- Workspace content: client project names, websites, locations, keywords, competitors, notes, branding (logo, colours) and reports you create.
- Connected-account data: when you connect a tool such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Meta or a CRM, we read the reporting data that tool allows (for example clicks, sessions, ad spend, reviews or leads) and the account or property names. Access tokens are stored encrypted.
- Billing details: your plan, subscription status and invoice history. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Free audit and contact requests: the name, email and website you enter, and your message.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and request times in server logs, used for security and troubleshooting.
- Cookies and local storage: a sign-in cookie to keep you logged in, and browser storage for preferences such as theme and sidebar layout. We do not use advertising cookies.
3. How we use data
- to provide ARIQ: dashboards, rank tracking, AI search checks, ARIQ AI recommendations and client reports;
- to send service emails, such as password resets, report deliveries and audit results;
- to process payments and manage subscriptions;
- to answer support and sales requests;
- to keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems;
- to meet legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your connected-account data for advertising.
4. Google user data
When you connect a Google account, ARIQ requests read access to the Google services you choose (such as Search Console, Analytics, Ads and Business Profile) to show and report that data inside ARIQ. Reply-to-review features use write access to Business Profile only when you choose to send a reply.
ARIQ's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to serve ads, sell it, or use it to train general AI models. People at ARIQ only read it with your permission, for support, or where required for security or by law.
You can remove ARIQ's access at any time from the Integrations page or from your Google Account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
6. How long we keep data
We keep account and workspace data while your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to, we delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices).
Disconnecting an integration stops new data from being read. Data already synced stays in your workspace until you delete the project or account.
7. Security
We use HTTPS for all traffic, encrypt third-party access tokens with AES-256, store passwords as bcrypt hashes and separate each agency's data by account. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the EU/UK GDPR), you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to some uses. You can update most details yourself in Settings.
To make a request, email info@getariq.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are a client of an agency that uses ARIQ, please contact the agency first, as they control that data.
9. International transfers
Some of our service providers process data outside India, including in the United States and the EU. When they do, we rely on their contractual and legal safeguards for that transfer.
10. Children
ARIQ is a business service and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
11. Grievance officer and contact
For any privacy question or complaint, contact our Grievance Officer at info@getariq.com or +91 97823 41225, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
We may update this policy. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
