Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and ARIQ ("ARIQ", "we", "us"), based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, for use of the ARIQ website at https://getariq.com and the ARIQ application (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, starting a trial, paying for a plan or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you use ARIQ for a company or agency, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it, and "you" means that company.

You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for business purposes.

ARIQ is software-as-a-service for marketing agencies and businesses. It connects to the marketing tools you authorise (for example Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Meta and others), and provides client workspaces, SEO and keyword rank tracking, AI search visibility checks, ARIQ AI recommendations and white-label client reports.

The Service is delivered online. Access is available immediately after you sign up or pay; nothing is shipped physically.

We improve the Service over time and may add, change or remove features. If we remove a major paid feature, we will tell you in advance.

You must give accurate account information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the team members and clients you invite.

Each login is for one person. Tell us straight away if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

• New accounts get a 14-day free trial. No card is needed for the trial, and you are not charged unless you choose a paid plan.
• Paid plans and prices are shown on our Pricing page and in the app. Prices are in US dollars (USD) unless shown otherwise, and do not include taxes that may apply.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• If a payment fails, we may retry it and may limit the account until the payment is made.
• We may change prices for future billing periods. We will email you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your subscription.

You can cancel at any time from Billing in the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You own the data you bring into ARIQ and the reports you create. You allow us to process it only to provide and support the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

When you connect a third-party account (for example a client's Google or Meta account), you confirm you have the right to do so and the account owner's permission.

You can disconnect integrations at any time from the Integrations page, and revoke ARIQ's access from the third-party platform's own settings.

The Service reads data from third-party platforms and search-data providers. Their availability, limits and accuracy are outside our control, and they may change or stop their services.

Rankings, search volumes, AI answers and AI search results vary by location, device and time. Forecasts, estimates and ARIQ AI recommendations are guidance, not guarantees of results. You are responsible for decisions you make using them.

You agree not to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone's rights, using the Service;
• send spam, malware or misleading marketing through the Service;
• access accounts or data you are not authorised to access;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service, or scrape it with automated tools;
• overload or disrupt the Service, or get around usage limits.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

ARIQ, its software, design and brand belong to us. These Terms give you the right to use the Service while your account is active; they do not transfer ownership of it.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running and accurate but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or do not pay.

After your account closes, you can ask us for an export of your data within 30 days. After that, we delete account data as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
