Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated October 8, 2026
How the free trial, cancellations and refunds work for ARIQ subscriptions.
1. Free trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is required, and you are never charged automatically when the trial ends. To keep using ARIQ, choose a paid plan from Billing.
2. Service delivery
ARIQ is an online software service. Your account is ready as soon as you sign up, and your paid plan is active as soon as payment is confirmed. There is no physical delivery or shipping.
3. Cancelling a subscription
- Cancel any time from Billing in the app, or email us and we will cancel it for you.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- There are no cancellation fees.
4. Refunds
Because you can try ARIQ free before paying, subscription payments are generally non-refundable, including for partly used monthly or yearly periods. We do give refunds in these cases:
- you were charged twice, or charged the wrong amount;
- you were charged for a renewal after you had already cancelled;
- the Service was unavailable for most of a billing period because of a problem on our side;
- where the law requires a refund.
To request a refund, email info@getariq.com within 30 days of the charge, with your account email and the invoice date. We reply within 3 business days.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually show them within 5 to 10 business days.
5. Plan changes
When you change plan, the new plan starts straight away. Stripe works out the difference for the rest of the current period and adds it to, or credits it against, your next invoice.
