Security
How ARIQ protects your account, your clients and the tools you connect.
Connecting your tools
- Most tools connect by signing in to the tool itself, and ARIQ never asks for their passwords.
- The keys ARIQ gets from your tools are stored encrypted with AES-256.
- Disconnect any tool at any time, and ARIQ stops reading it straight away.
Your account
- Passwords are stored only as one-way bcrypt hashes, so nobody can read them.
- Turn on two-step sign-in with an authenticator app, with backup codes, in Settings.
- Resetting your password signs your account out everywhere.
Agencies and their clients
- Each agency's data is kept apart from every other account.
- Every client page checks the client belongs to your agency.
- Team members you limit to some clients only see those clients.
- Only owners and admins can change connections or the plan.
Payments
- Card payments are handled by Stripe.
- ARIQ never receives or stores your full card number.
- Plans change only through Stripe checkout.
Website forms and report links
- Each client's website form link is signed for that client, so it can't be reused for another.
- Client reports are only seen by the people you send the link to.
Everyday protection
- All traffic uses HTTPS.
- Limits on paid features stop anyone running up costs on your account.
- If a breach affects your personal data, we tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

How ARIQ AI uses your data
ARIQ AI reads your numbers to tell you what to do next. Here is exactly what it can and can't do.
The numbers come from your tools
Fixed rules work out every number from the data your connected tools send. The AI does not calculate or invent them.
The AI only orders and explains
ARIQ AI uses Google's Gemini API to put the findings in order and write them in plain words, from your dashboard figures.
Every number shows its source
Each finding shows which tool and which dates it came from, so you can check it yourself.
It never acts on its own
ARIQ AI suggests what to stop, fix and grow. Changing a campaign or replying to a review is always your choice.
You decide who sees it
Keep ARIQ AI for your team, or add it to client reports and hide any finding you'd rather discuss first.
Not used to train AI models
We don't use your Google data to train general AI models, and we never sell your data or use it for advertising.
GDPR and your rights
We follow the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and India's DPDP Act. You can ask us to show, export, correct or delete your data, and we delete it within 30 days when you ask. Agencies are in charge of their clients' data, and ARIQ handles it only to run the service for them.
