How to Connect WooCommerce to ARIQ

Connect your WordPress WooCommerce store via the native WooCommerce REST API to track sales volume, order conversion rates, customer lifetime values, and refunds in real time.

Who connects WooCommerce

The connection is saved on one project. An agency connects each client from that client's project. A business connecting its own account uses its own project. Both follow the same Connect button.

Agency

Sign in to ARIQ with your agency user. Open the client project, then connect that client's WooCommerce account. The client does not need an ARIQ login. Use the WooCommerce login that can already see that client's data.

Your own business

Sign in to ARIQ, open your project, and connect the WooCommerce account this business already uses. You approve access with that same account.

Connect it inside ARIQ

  1. 1Sign in to ARIQ.
  2. 2Open the project this account belongs to. Switch projects from the left sidebar if you manage more than one client.
  3. 3Open WooCommerce from the workspace tabs, or go straight to the WooCommerce page.
  4. 4Click Connect. ARIQ asks for the key from the WooCommerce account. Copy it from WooCommerce, paste it into ARIQ, and save. The key is stored on this project.
  5. 5Stay on that project and sync. The page shows live numbers only after this account is connected. Another client's project stays empty until you connect it there too.

Step-by-Step Connection Process

Open WordPress Admin > WooCommerce Settings

Log in to your WordPress administrative dashboard (https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin). In the left sidebar, navigate to WooCommerce > Settings.

Navigate to Advanced > REST API > Add Key

Click on the Advanced tab at the top of the WooCommerce settings page, then select the REST API sub-menu. Click the Add Key button to generate API credentials for ARIQ.

Configure Key Details:
  • Description: ARIQ Analytics Integration
  • User: Select your administrator account.
  • Permissions: Choose Read (or Read/Write if syncing catalogs).

Generate & Copy Consumer Key and Consumer Secret

Click Generate API Key. WooCommerce will show your Consumer Key (starts with ck_) and Consumer Secret (starts with cs_).

Important Notice:

WooCommerce only displays the Consumer Secret once. Copy and store it securely right away before navigating away.

Paste Into ARIQ E-Commerce Dashboard & Connect

Navigate to the ARIQ E-Commerce page, choose WooCommerce, and enter your store URL along with the Consumer Key and Secret separated by pipes (|):
