How to Connect Zoho CRM to ARIQ Dashboard

This guide walks you through generating a Zoho OAuth access token and connecting your Zoho CRM organization to sync leads, deals pipeline, accounts, and Zia AI insights.

Connection Endpoint:https://www.zohoapis.com/crm/v2/org

Who connects Zoho CRM

The connection is saved on one project. An agency connects each client from that client's project. A business connecting its own account uses its own project. Both follow the same Connect button.

Agency

Sign in to ARIQ with your agency user. Open the client project, then connect that client's Zoho CRM account. The client does not need an ARIQ login. Use the Zoho CRM login that can already see that client's data.

Your own business

Sign in to ARIQ, open your project, and connect the Zoho CRM account this business already uses. You approve access with that same account.

Connect it inside ARIQ

  1. 1Sign in to ARIQ.
  2. 2Open the project this account belongs to. Switch projects from the left sidebar if you manage more than one client.
  3. 3Open Zoho CRM from the workspace tabs, or go straight to the Zoho CRM page.
  4. 4Click Connect. ARIQ asks for the key from the Zoho CRM account. Copy it from Zoho CRM, paste it into ARIQ, and save. The key is stored on this project.
  5. 5Stay on that project and sync. The page shows live numbers only after this account is connected. Another client's project stays empty until you connect it there too.

Token Format:

In ARIQ, you can enter just the raw token or prefix it with Zoho-oauthtoken 1000.xxxx. Both formats are automatically accepted.

4

Connect in ARIQ Zoho CRM Dashboard

Open the ARIQ Zoho CRM Dashboard, click "Connect Zoho CRM", and enter your token. ARIQ will immediately verify connection against the Zoho REST API and display your live accounts, deals, and leads!
